So it has come to my attention recently that the changing password form for warp portal doesn't allow the use of symbols. I know that you no longer let accounts sign up using them, but that doesn't change the fact that there are still old accounts that have symbols like "-" in them. The current form doesn't allow those people to change their account's passwords because it doesn't like that you use something other than numbers or letters in the account field. If this could please be fixed ASAP that would be great. I try writing tickets, but with renewal and other things, those are getting answered pretty slowly.

Sorry I meant the password retrieval page is messed up~ Not the actual change pass page, since that shows your account name for you.
So please fix the retrieval page so my friend can actually use his account instead of wasting his paid time waiting for ticket replies before he can use his account!
