Disconnected while entering Hazy Forest, cannot log on afterwards

I made a party to create a Hazy Forest instance. I zoned in on my RK, and when I did, it said disconnected from the server. Every time I try to log onto my RK now, it tells me disconnected from server on the character screen and I have to relog onto my account again. I can log onto all my other characters without any problems. I submitted a ticket through Warp Portal support to have this looked at. How long on average does it take to resolve this issue?

Estmated time is around 24 hours for tickets I believe. (which is actually pretty fast considering most games like this it's 2-3 days heh)
