Hi, I just made an archer, I don't know why I can't get the skill to work. I have a bow equipped and regular arrows in my inventory. Sorry if this is really obvious, this is my first archer character.

Check if you have enough SP. And make sure you really EQUIPPED the arrow. Drag the arrow into your Equipment (ALT+Q) window.
