how does it not appear on the ragial site? where do I have to sign in to be able to show my stuff on that site? thx

You dont need to sign in to make your vended items appear in Ragial. Just put your vender on right place and Ragial will put it for you.

Here's the place where ragial surveys imo : From south Prontera Kafra until middle of Prontera and Eden building.
