This is a renewed version of Ragnarok, more updated then when the game first came out.

Ragnarok 2 is being beta tested right now I believe. Ragnarok 2 is a 3D game and has a lot in common with World of Warcraft is what I have been told (two completely different games though).

Word of advice, stick with this Ragnarok. No mmo will ever be like it!

Im not bashing RO2, im sure it will be a fun game. Just comparing my past with ragnarok to the videos ive watched about RO2 I personally think the origional is going to stay as my favorite. I may be wrong though, only time will tell.

Problem with RO2, it's become just like every other game. It's so similar to games like Mabinogi and stuff. The original Ragnarok has one of (if not the best) game concepts. Sure, you don't have professions and all that jazz. You can't walk through a massive prairie filled with amazingly defined 3D flowers and birds, but RO's got so many other things going for it. The Card system is one of the most unique, comparing it to the majority of games whereby you talk to Mr. X to enchant your weapon with Stats/Elements. We have Sorcs/Performers, for instance, to aid us with those things. Every class has their own something to contribute to the community/party. It's such a complete game in itself. I'm sure I'm definitely not the only person here who's tried tons of games but the fact that we're all here, always posting on forums about ways to improve the game and all that, it's pretty obvious it's a unanimous decision that RO > All.

Comparing RO2 with Mabinogi is relatively unfair. Two different kinds of games all together.

Which other MMORPG let you compose a song and then perform it?

It can be if you go onto the right server but it is more of a sandbox game

I honestly won't bother with RO2 not because I dislike it but I doubt I just don't have the will to do this
