Took a break, and I'm getting close to the point where I can turn in all the 90-99 TIs I did.

Are job battle manual boxes no longer vendable/tradable? I was kinda hoping to get one for the TIs and then again when I hit 99. The last box vended, according to ragial, was back in December. What's the deal?

Also, I've heard conflicting info about being level 99 as a trans class. On one hand, I heard you no longer get base XP at all and to offer a guild a 90% XP tax or w/e until I hit job 70. On the other hand, I heard you still get XP, but won't actually level until you hit your 3rd job. Which is it?

I'm not sure what's up with the job manual boxes. They were probably made to be non-vendable for one reason or another. Not sure what to tell you about that.

You do stop leveling once you reach Lv99 as a Trans, but technically you do keep leveling. Your character keeps on storing Exp up to a certain amount. That number eludes me at the moment, but as soon as you turn into a 3rd Class you will immediately gain the amount you were limited by as a Lv99 character after killing a single monster. I think up to a maximum of Base Lv101 can be achieved after storing up enough Exp as a Lv99 character. So it's basically pointless to tax as a Lv99 character if you plan to change into a 3rd Class. Normally it's extremely easy to make it to Base Level 99 before Job Level 70, so you'd have plenty of time to reach the Exp Cap for insta-leveling as soon as you change into a 3rd Class. Although I've seen plenty of cases where people taxed themselves upon reaching Lv99 and basically lost out on getting those free levels after changing to 3rd Class after finally getting job 70. ;/
