I get most of mine from cookie bags. A Christmas event two or three years ago required a +5 Christmas Tree Hat to do an ice titans turn in and the hat also gave a chance of dropping cookie bags. I think the effect is still there but it's been significantly lowered.

I own a +9 christmas tree hat, and I'm capable of farming these quite easily. Do you say there's a demand for them? Because I love that hat. I need an excuse to wear it again.
