Which is better?

I heard LR got nerfed and it's not really a viable leveling skill anymore?

Will go for RB at lv 120+

Snap and take mobs then windmil+RB fastest way to lv imo. Carefull on cooldown tho and watch ur HP

And yeah, I took out LR after balance patch.

Windmill first to prevent them from dealing too much damage to you? Am I supposed to be able to OHKO the mobs with 1 RB? Or do I just rinse and repeat if the first RB doesn't kill them? Also, which of the Gentle-Touch skills should I max? Thanks, frankSG07!

energy gain is a boon for RB
and windmill stuns them so they dont hit u and RB yes u shud try ohko

With the ten seconds delay, if you don't OHKO, you should just keep spamming Windmill to avoid taking too much damage. Stuff like the Nogg mobs should die in one shot with Rising Dragon lvl 10 - hopefully you went all for jobs before starting base.
