There is a reason for us wanting to put in controlled amounts of zeny into the market in ways that don't benefit botting. We are giving this a try for now, and VIp is supposed to get benefits and that is what this is, zeny can still come from many other ways still, we are just giving more to VIP for supporting the game.

TIs return to the "gapped" method alternating every week.

What drops the "Part of report" so we can get the item updated appropriately.

Balong, I have no idea what you are referring to about blue color on buff scrolls.

The "Part of a Report"s that you get from the Report from the New World Quest. They're given out by the guards in Splendide Fields 02 and 03 and Manuk Fields 01 and 03 as well as being found randomly by killing the monsters on those fields.

Speak to any of the Expedition Scout on the New World field maps. Select the first option, asking for a progress report of the search for pages. The soldier will give you one of three responses: He found some pages (usually 1, 2, or 3), he is still searching and asks you to return later, or it is very difficult and he hasn't found any pages. Return every 30 minutes (15 minutes if you are playing on iRO) to check back with him. You CAN log out at a scout location and log back in to check for pages, time still passes when your character is logged out.

• Pages can also be found randomly when killing monsters on the fields where soldiers are located. You will receive a notification that you found a report page every time one is found.

The report is vendable. But the Part of the Report cant. If we done the quest and still have Part of the Report, we cant get rid of it

Should probably expand that Eden Group Vending Vote to floor 1 or 2, or neither. Floor2 vending is fine, floor1 is the one that annoys people.

If those setting up the shops and chats for that matter organized themselves with some sense of decorum this wouldn't be an issue. See JRO for an example.

Also heim, if I do recall you said something about involving the old clothes dye coupons in the boxter to those who still have only one coupon that can't trade in for a omni dye coupon? Or was I too late on saying this? x.x

The zeny we are trying out is in addition to whatever else you get. It is an extra bonus not replacement.
Part of report will be made NPCable.

We will NOT be adding the individual buff scrolls to Boxter. Yes I am aware that a party hard pack can be popped open and its inside items redeemed.
Will be removing the Party Buff from Boxter.
The old dyes are in the Boxter.

All his upgrades when using HD elu/ori/carnium/bradium are free.

The upgrade certs are already free upgrades so that wouldn't impact you.
