I know it was a past USRC prize hat, but is there also an in-game quest for this hat?
I've looked around on google, and it seems as if some private servers have it but i'm curious to know if iRO has it as well. I want to make one. orz

We only need to participate, unless we want the free +10 from the first or second place. Not sure if the rules would change though~ But this was what was last year.

I'm in! heh. Though depends on what server you are on, think the teams have to have chars come from same server, Valk here.

I think it can be "mixed server team", or then we can lie and say everyone is from Valk. At least half of the "team" [people who posted here] is from that bot-full server.

We only got the large hisbiscus because last years USRC attendance was so low. You don't always get something for just 'trying'
