edit : btw to make Binding weapon or Relapse Wound instant it only needs 5 dna pts each ^^

So its only works on AA attacks. Does that mean it works on raid bosses?
Nice build. Mine I think will be similar just 1pt on VT, but first need a damn free reset XD

Bind. Weapon at 10 takes 30% Accuracy, the enchant 2k - 2.5k more
the calculation of both debuffs in addition is as follows -->
(targets Accuracy - Enchant) / 1.3 (if bind. weapon is 30%) ^^
btw.: FIX the goddamn DNA already for bind. weapon !!!!! a debuff domi wants 53% accuracy debuff instead of 30% only ^^ ---> means I WANT IT (even when i dont play)

nope it works nice but u can push it much more - simply try to use a lvl 4 or 5 Accuracy Double Down in ur weapon and try it with the double-debuff
Bind. Weapon at 10 takes 30% Accuracy, the enchant 2k - 2.5k more

sb dna always worked, but Bind. weapon dna doesnt

yes I already sent a ticket long ago but since no-one really uses this debuff they don't care about a fix (it seems)...also it could be they want to avoid incoming QQ's by some melee-players - not sure ^^

@INeedANewName - spend 5 pts in DNA to make BW instant and u'll love to debuff some of ur PvP enemies while u run through/around them ^^

after debuff with 53% and Acc Double Down (lvl 5) --> 2500 Acc : 856 <-- not really sure about the math *lol* since every calculation i made wouldn't fit my results
normally it should be (targets accuracy - 2500) / 1.3 --> 941 - calculated as follows (targets accuracy - 2500) / 1.53 --> 800
WTF *lol* - we come closer to the needed result but why would the 53% only come up with the enchant ???
tested on 2nd target :
targets Accuracy before debuff : 3314
after debuff with 53% : 2320 <-- its still 70.00% left means 30% only
after debuff with 53% and Acc Double Down (lvl 5) --> 2500 Acc : 570 <-- not really sure about the math *lol* since every calculation i made wouldn't fit my results
normally it should be (targets accuracy - 2500) / 1.3 --> 626 - calculated again with 53% (targets accuracy - 2500) / 1.53 --> 532
however the -23% by DNA seems still not to work
would be nice to get the formula here and FINALLY A FIX, since I changed my DNA one more time only to test
edit : here are my skill related things and an example, just to proof (could be taken as bug report also but since the devs don't care about it..........)

oO - what is that ?? my enchant came up (-2500 Accuracy) and suddenly it debuffs with ~53% or am I wrong ??
so it seems like some formula is missing - it seems to work with several accuracy debuffing enchants but as a stand-alone dna-pushed skill it doesn't... how much more proof do u need, Devs from Gravity to finally realize, its broken in that way ?!

Hmmm. .. I didnt test it on mobs; i just tested it on another played thats where i got my numbers from . mb its just bugged for mobs?
