Do I need to be DD to level up and use Katar for Sonic Blow in PVM or Woe?
Also please suggest Stats build. Thanks

Just get a chick hat or if you cant afford that compound a sidewinder card to your weapon. That way you can Double Attack with a katar and no ASPD deduction + you get a wide variety of Katar only skills like Sonic Blow.
