Is CS worth using for leveling or do people recommend going bowlingbash? (Does cardo+5(kingsbird) still oneshot till higher levels?

Im thinking of going Hundred spears/DB when i hit RK..

Is it smart to get some Int while leveling as LK? going STR/DEX/INT/VIT. Since i cant afford rideword hat.. XD

I just started playing like a week ago so I'm not an expert on the matter
But from my experience CS worked well for leveling, at least for me.. I used a +4 hunting spear and could one shot almost all mobs with spear dynamo + CS at the 95-105 range.
I had a vit/int/dex build so I never ran out of mana, altho I do regret not having more str for hundred spear now that I am a rune knight xd

CS is ok. Bowling Bash is definitely more effective. It really comes down to playing style though. CS won't one shot things past level 110 or so.

ill try out the CS for leveling, any tips on how i should stat build so i could keep up with the SP spam? 50int~ enough until lvl 90?~ ( or is it worth ditching STR until about lvl 80~) and go full int/vit/dex ?

Also is there any good items but nyg and rideword hat that i should look out for?(well i could almost afford a nyg but is it worth it?)

50 int should be pretty good for now. I'd probably only start adding more when going for dragon breath later on.

Many people do not know this but an Incubus pet actually works better than both of the items mentioned when it comes to SP leech. You get a 2% proc chance, whereas RWH (even +9) and nid are only 1%.

Do note that you will need to AOE to get it to proc though. You'd have to be really lucky to leech any SP back if you are using single target skills.

The priest skill magnificat will work wonders for SP regen. Quite a bit of work leveling a priest on another account just for this though.

Hmm, sounds reasonable but catching an incubus isnt easy and the taming item is expensive ;[

You could also buy the egg too, it's much cheaper on valk server compared to a RWH. Once you hit 70+ there are turn in parties you can join too for good exp.

Go Clashing Spiral Build till you get to RK. Get a Cardo [1]. You will get easily 10k+ Damage with very little effort, however CS is not good for long term because HS has greater damage.

Go with

100 VIT
1 AGI
90+ STR
40 INT
60-70 DEX.

Don't waste Points on AGI. You will not need it. As for Equips go in for Ur's Set it ncreases HS Damage significantly.

HS/CS+DB (Dragon Breath) Build is good for PvM, MvP idk about PvP because I don't do it.

(Max DB after HS its a very useful mob skill)

Guys im High Swordie now, is it worth getting to job 50? as in.. do i need mag break 10(instead of 5?) and higher endure then 3? provoke5? = should i jobchange to LK at jlvl45?

To be honest you dont need much INT I have just 40 and I get 700+SP. LK/RK's skills are cheap (SP Wise).

Get Magnum Break to 10 (Great Mob Skill) I kept Endure 5 but no more than 3 is required for skill purposes.

Get your skills like this

Bash lvl 10
Magnum Break 10
Endure 3
Increase HP Recover 10
Provoke 5
Sword Mastery 1
Two Hand Sword Mastery 10

yo guys, new question going gr8 as lk almost lvl 90~~

uhm yeah i figure BSB doesnt help my CS so im wondering is it worth saving it or should i sell it and grab a nid garb?(It does help for hundered spears right?) was thinking of farming medal of honor soon too so..

any tips?

Don't spend more zeny on your rk because you are just 9 lvls away from rk and ur current equips will be useless. Instead save up for an Ur's set to increase ur HS damage and invest in cardo for more cs damage

got a plus 5 cardo already , right thx didnt think about ur's manteau ^^ ill get a medal of honor (or not since there arent any ppl in bg )
