I tried PvP for the first time and enjoyed it, but im kind of weak wanted to know what level should I start PvP'ing? Im at 101 now.

Seriously, everything in RO isn't about PvP, I have a friend that just wanted to play ragnarok because of PvM, what I'm trying to say here is that you must focus more on level up first rather than getting your butt kicked at pvp, because a 101 GX won't really cut much. Why? Because speaking of low job level, I assume all you have right now is a level 5 Cross Impact, which is a bit lousy, because most PvP GX's have complete skills like, Venom Impress, Venom Pressure, Poisonous Weapon etc.

Now to get to the point, you must focus more on going to level 125+ and complete your skills than to go pvp.
Because someone who just finished the GX quest don't go "Ok I'm a GX now time for PvP"

For any GX, if you do not have ALL of the following, do NOT go into PvP / WoE!
-Close to level 150 and have close to 100 total vit.
-Complete set of Anti-demi human gears (Beret, KvM armor set).
-+9 or higher KvM katar.
-EDP
-Yggdrasil Seeds/berries

Not true ^^. I can disable level 150s at level 128! Its called Poisonous Weapon & Drill Katar. You don't need a lot for it to work just maybe a +7 Drooping Alicel ^^.

You will be at a disadvantage for sure for being lower level, but you can definitely go play around every now and then. If you are on valk and do KVM, sometimes people might start actually fighting in the KVM. Here's where you can test out some of your pvp skills. But yeah, definitely put a lot of emphasis on PVM and try to level up fast.
