I've tested in Sakray before and i'd say Archer Skeleton Card.

ASC affects FINAL damage of Acid Bomb

EDIT: ASC also affects CC damage.

I think even comparing AK cards and AS cards, it was tested that AK cards only worked on the physical atk portion of the bomb but not the matk portion (int) while archer skeleton worked on both the physical and magical portion of bomb damage. There was a thread about this with a lot of math/calculations and actual testing numbers. I believe it said that AS were superior for both bombing and cart cannoning.
