So, my wife is having problems. She just got a 3 day VIP, and for some reason when she does the TI, gramps doesnt take her reset stones. Does it only apply to 30 day VIPs?

I'm not sure, but I just wanted to point that the reset stone VIP is mostly useless. It isn't a real VIP, lacks most of the benefits of VIP, and costs much more.

Actually different question here. did she complete BOTH quests? you have to have both timers up to reset them from what I've read. so even Non-vip can reset timers, but they can only take the quests one at a time, so they do 1 quest, do second quest, then turn in reset timer to reset both, then repeat.
