Rachel spotlight ended like 2 weeks ago. It's been Kunlun since then

The confusion arose out of the Spotlight NPCs being rolled back to Rachel. Since the Rachel quests are purportedly functional, it's slightly unclear if the spotlight is truly Kunlun, or not.Rachel spotlight ended like 2 weeks ago. It's been Kunlun since then
