Fireball 10 + 1 DNA
Flame Arrow 10 + 1 DNA
Soul Explosion 5 + 1 DNA
First Aid 5
Dura Amulet 10 + 6 DNA
Fire Totem 10 + 5 Swift DNA
Loa's Curse 7
Magic Weapon Mastery 10 + 1 DNA
Blazing Wind 10
Chaos Totem 7
Master of Fire 7 + 10 DNA
I'm mostly unsure about DNA allocation & if I should drop First Aid to 1 to max Loa's Curse & get a point in Burning Hell. Any advice?

Loas depends on your playstyle, but I can tell you, the best forsakers I know, they both have it maxed, I got it on level 6 on my alt just to piss of rangers/sins lol...
First Aid, you will have it to max it till higher levels, but you can do just fine even at level one on very high levels, up to you.
As for the dna, mmmm it depends, to start off, you can't get lvl 10 dna on master of fire (max is level 7 with current cap), so take it to level 7. You got 25 points and 3 must have skills with dna to spread them. Dura Amulet, fire totem and master of fire, the magic weapon mastery is only good on level 6, but you don't really have much points for that.
I'm guessing 10 dura amulet, 7 master of fire and 5 (or more) on swift fire totem will do. Or you can keep swift at 5, and spread the other 3 points among your other skills, like 1 flame arrow, 1 weapon mastery and 1 to any other skill you want.

As for swift fire totem, first 5 dna take 0.2 seconds per lvl, while last five take 0.1 per level (to make it instant at max level), however, even with 5 dna on swift is pretty hard to avoid landing a fire totem if you stay still for just an instant and then move right away, the only way I've been stoped from landing one is if I'm stunned and even then, sometimes is already landed by the time the stun reaches me lol. Basically you can start casting it and then try to move, and most likely the totem will be already set, so those 5 points to make swift level 10, don't really make much of a difference.

base fire spell dmg.
So with maxed Fire Ball = 88 Damage and Fire Mastery at level 2 = 6%
You will do 88Ã?106% = 93.28 Fire Ball Damage?

Primary concern is PVP
Fireball 10 + 1 DNA
Flame Arrow 10 + 1 DNA
Soul Explosion 5 + 1 DNA
First Aid 5
Dura Amulet 10 + 6 DNA
Fire Totem 10 + 5 Swift DNA
Loa's Curse 7
Magic Weapon Mastery 10 + 1 DNA
Blazing Wind 10
Chaos Totem 7
Master of Fire 7 + 10 DNA
I'm mostly unsure about DNA allocation & if I should drop First Aid to 1 to max Loa's Curse & get a point in Burning Hell. Any advice?
You seem to be thinking around a 79 build, you are 79 or close to it right?

fear is long and ends when you hit them. so take your time and set up shop.Don't take burning hell if you going pvp, 20m range and you will hardly ever get the chance to use it in pvp.
chaos to loa's to blazing wind and then it is the easiest thing to use burning hell. then ya can drop a fire totem. cut blazing wind and burning hell out of that and you lose a LOT of damage, fireball is single target making it a waste in group pvp imo. want one crit for 1k, or 8 crits for 1k at once with a 370 damage dot attached?
