Quest Description:

Goddes Arua should be in the northern region of the Adventurer's Plains near a waterfall next to a boy named Huey. Hopefully, she'll have some idea of why Herune wants to torture the innocent.

i cant see her near Huey

i think the Police will happily submit a ticket for you in the case of Murder, but you could just Click here to make their work faster.

The last time I ran the quest, Arua appeared next a tree overlooking the waterfall within the Flanae enclosure behind Huey. I think there was a sparkle on the ground to show the right spot -- but that was before Qilin took over the questmaster duties.

Edit: There's a shimmer of light at coordinates 5464, 5495. I think that's the spot where you meet Arua.
