Best thing to do is submit a ticket and be very detailed along with having Screenshots.

what's the difference in the effort to make to send a ticket and the one to create a thread here and complain ?! ... first one would help him, second one ...not so much.

I know this may seem like a stupid question and apologies if you already checked, but, are you too close to an NPC?
Maybe you missed something from a Patch update due to a firewall block...I dunno I'm just speculating

i tried all spots in junon had alot zulie on me i downloaded the game and installed alot times in the new patches since it didnt work ... for high prices its work and really low price its work but the price i want not
