Also, does musketeer hat's adrenaline proc work with katars?

cant say anything about the katars, i dont gx...
but yes the musketeer hat will proc AR with katars, also procs from reflect

Yea I ended up getting it anyways, gotta say its pretty sweet. throw on an endow and it kicks serious ass. Also it has already paid for itself, decent drops so far.
