Are you still unable to access this? It could have been a transient problem that's fixed now.

Other people are not having this problem (the forum would be an inferno of complaints if it hit everyone), so you should investigate why you are unable to access the patch ftp server. Check whether ftp://ropatch2.gravityus.com/patch is accessible in other browsers, or whether it just fails in IE. Since you presumably were able to patch before, think back to whether there's anything different between now and when you last patched successfully - any programs installed, settings changed, software updated? Are you using a different method of connecting to the internet now? Some mobile internet providers block all FTP traffic, because they can - so if you're tethering, that might be the problem (there are solutions to get around this, but they get deep and complicated)
