If you snap off screen while an earth strain animation is going off, your screen continues to shake until you relog or change maps and makes you want to kill yourself irl.

They really need a /shake function anyway. Most annoying animation EVER

totally agreed, it's one of the most annoying effects they've built in the client and /effect doesn't remove parts of it either :)

This bug ought to be fixed, but we also really do need a /shake.

The shake effect is great in PVM and PVP where there's maybe 1 shakey thing going off every so often, but in WoE, there are 50 meteors hitting ground per second and people spamming a million screen-shaking skills - and that's pre-renewal, with renewal bringing yet more screen-shaking skills. And i'd go for it as a "this is to make woe more panic'ed and confusing", but the sword-cursor-on-allies bug, client lag even when running an 8 year old program on top-end hardware, and of course the server and network lag do a more than adequate job of making woe lag to hell.
