Likely they forgot to add in Blush [1] to work with the chibi pope hat bonus.
More like it just needs to be implemented. Blush [1] is technically a fully new item in the game. they just copied the sprite from the origial blush, added a slot. and new headgear! so they just need to go back and alter the code to get it to check for blush or blush [1] rather then just checking for blush, so since it's be brought to attention going to guess next week or so it'll be fixed.

"The items are working as they should. Please note, however, that the percentage bonuses granted by those items do not add directly to the heal amount cast by the character, but it adds small bonuses to the final heal amount depending on the character's base heal statistic. We hope that clarifies things.
If you have other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us again. Thank you!"
I'm sorry? But I really have to disagree, did they PROPERLY check this?

Er, This is what I got from my support ticket...

Fix'd. Sent three screenshots to prove it. One with only the chibi pope, one with the blush[0] and chibi pope, and the final one being the chibi pope with the blush[1]. If they can't tell that the last one gives an inconsistent heal then I don't know what else to do ~_~

I think you need to +9 the chibi pope + blush to make it work.
That is false, I've tested it with a +7 and the Unslotted blush applied the heal bonus just fine, and with a slotted blush the heal was significantly lower, meaning the bonus was not applied correctly. NOWHERE On the description does it say the hat needs to be +9 with a slotted blush to get the heal bonus.

I think +12, read the description below that sying upgread to +12, then you got 10% for healing bonus.

That can't be. If you need a +12 for it to work, then whoever created the mechanics for the set needs to get chokeslammed.

May I know when will pope hat be trade-able? Since it was stated that it won't be exclusive item for that event.
