When I wear a rideword hat and have over 50% weight, my HP can reach 0. How is that possible? How come I dont die?

Things that drain HP can't kill you. The game doesn't seem to recognize it as damage so you can sit a 0 forevers.
its different from things like poisons and bleeding.
However, the first thing to actually damage you should kill you very dead.
