They are character bound, non-NPCable, and in no way are they abandon-able I cannot trans my character because they are stuck on it, and I'm quite eager to get him transcended.

i got so many in my cart.........so so many......you can put them in storage i think im not sure because i put them in cart a really long time ago.......
