You can exchange the treasure box to 150 Witch Starsand (Required for Slim White brewing)

On a new server, they sell for a good amount of zeny to NPCs.

You can also exchange them for WSS, as Renna said.

Ah. I thought they were similar to Castle Treasure Boxes :heh:

But then they were listed as Misc, so i got confused.
