If your armor makes you lv1 <element> that means you only get 25% damage right?
So with the help of other equips if you get the remaining 25% or more will you be able to get healed by mob skills? (I believe it's not possible though, but.. any comments?)

I dun think it is possible. if im not mistaken, the element resistance will reduce the damage after it is reduced by the element affnitiy;

For example, wearing both fire armor and valk shield, the final fire damage is (0.8)*(0.25) = 0.20 of the original

It just misses. You can achieve over 100% elemental resistance using accoustic rhythm + elemental garment cards.
