Anubis will not be in-game yet.
Maps with "annoyance" monsters will be redone in the old style to not have things like hunterflys, gargoyles, mimics where they shouldn't be.
Cramps will go back to "stupid fast" so FW Mages can learn your role!
VIP?
This is a bit of a weird thing. VIP will exist for setting character creation and access limits. BUT it will not have an ingame effect at this time. So EXP/Drops/Death penalty and storage will be at default rates.
At launch everyone can make 1 character, VIP can make 9 Discuss
Later after it has settle down, the server may change to allow 0 chars by default and only VIP can make and access.
To change jobs to 2nd class will require a Magic Stone now, later 1st class may also require that magic stone too.
Code the redeemer will not exist on the Pre-renewal server, too many items would not work properly from him and I don't want players getting confused if they pick one of those items up.
Class Limits:
99/50 2nd class is current limits.
Super Novice will be available as well.
Expanded and transcendent classes will not be available until AFTER WoE 1 is updated.
Client :
We are building this to be an "add on" that can be patched through normally like what we did for Sakray. This way about 1.4GB of redundant data doesn't need downloaded.
We will put up a new client soon as well but it isn't polished yet.
Launch date and time:
We are shooting to have it ready by Thursday evening the 28th, but tentatively the 29th is the plan. We have the server up now (only we can access it) so we can iron out the map connections, item mall and all the little surprises that are sure to come up. We do need to make sure the client will read from its correct cdata.grf after the data.grf. That little tidbit is what has me not 100% giving a date and time.
Magic Stones:
These are kafra shop items, I do expect players to be vending them, we will also be advising players to watch some videos to earn some points to buy 1 for themselves for free. Yes we do have videos you can watch for WP points, you can watch around 7 of them a day to get free points all the time, just go to the power up page.
Oda Edit Update: 1pm-ish. Due to some issues getting the network settings configured, we've delayed a bit from the 12noon estimated time, and are looking at 7pm as a more likely time. Thank you very much for your patience.

Other then that, I am quite pleased with the Kafra shop list. I was kind of looking forward to trying stupid things like Abyss 1 and Bio2 with all non trans chars, but I kind of figured that something like this would happen.
Over all I'm pretty happy

Although I think we shouldnt restrict characters from being created by VIP only, this will stop alot of players from wanting to play here. Keep character creation just like its done on valk, 3 with regular account...9 with VIP.

Later some form of EXP quest will come in. The biggy I want to see more people doing this time around is the Sign Quest, since we are very specifically making those maps available, noobs in hel sound like fun!im sure there will be repeatable exp quests at some point if they arent in at start
Morroc will be un destroyed.
The geographers, I'll have to check, honestly I would rather not have geos in-game at start due to the hunting method but such is life.

I believe it was mentioned that Old Morroc will not be destroyed. So that would mean the return of all of Morroc's old fields, iirc.Where does Morroc and it's dungeons fall? Will it be old Morroc or New destroyed Morroc?

Well i'm not going through page after page of posts to find that info, and nowhere on the list of available towns and non available does it list morrocit was stated earlier that it will have the non destroyed morroc
