I was curious as to whether trading in the prize medals for experience gets you more using battle manuals or only VIP. Also you trade them at Hugel correct?

yes the BM stacks(gives u 1.5x,2x,3x more exp), but just like when ur hunting monsters, they dont stack on each other(HE+3x dont stack).

You can give the NPC all the medals you're holding but you can only turn in stacks of 100 for EXP.

Holy crap!!!! With the amount of EXP you get from this there is no point to do anything else....

it has huge deminishing returns.. at lvl 150 job 41 it took about 6000 medals to go 1 or 2 job lvl

Diminishing returns? Lol what is this thing you speak of! Hasnt been heard since pre-renewal.

I get why you shouldn't be able to transfer them but damnit, I bought my boxes on the wrong account to use medals on :-(

Look on irowiki.org for the EXP tables... you need an insane amount of JOB EXP vs. BASE EXP. And your job EXP reward from the medal turn in is based on your base level so once you hit 150 you are getting the max per medal that you can get... you just need like 3x more medal to go 1 job level than one base.

the lower level you are the less medals it takes to actually go up a level

while you are low level it might take a dozen medals to level up
the closer you are to 150/50 the more you will have to use hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of medals to see any visible increases to a single job or base level







regarding job levels,

always use whatever medals you plan to use for base before you touch job levels
there are certain Checkpoints where once you reach a certain level, each coin will give more job exp
since job levels cost a lot more to raise you want to make sure your getting the most bang for your buck

I was able to get my base from 74 to 99 and job from 34 to 50 with 1017 medals

just BMX with VIP..... and are we still in double exp? would that effect it
