can anyone have found a solution for this? i enter using regular patch, created a char name and hair and clicked ok, then the client freezes i alt+f4 and log in again and there is no chars, when i log in on the other client i got that classical error, i tryied patch everything but i always end up with that error, and on normal client i get size char error.

i think my chars are created but i cant acess or see them

Let me just say that this was handled horribly. Not only were we not informed on how to make the characters (turns out there was a separate client), many people can't even get that client to run correctly. It resorted to a "who-has-the-best(luckiest)-computer" race.

I don't make threads often, so you know that this was a disaster.

why you use common names?

I derped out at first and didn't read it either. But took me all of 2 minutes to try again and get it open and make my ladies.

AH HA! It ninja'd a new client into my client folder called ClassicRO. if only I'd known where to look...

btw just checked on my laptop and all the chars are created so no problem, but need to re-install ragnarok on this pc

It's in your Ragnarok folder. You know, Program Files -> Gravity, etc.

It's the ClassicRO.exe in your Ragnarok folder.

My patcher finally updated after over an hour... :0

I find it funny that everyone was having patch issues because I jumped on at 12:30 PST and had zero issues with it (once I figured out where the Classic RO exe was at, but that took all of 2 minutes to figure out).

Here is what you need to do:

1. Run the Renewal Client as admin (Right click -> Run as Admin)

2. Let the Renewal Client finish patching

3. (When finished patching) Go into your Gravity folder from your program files located in your C: Drive.

4. Then find the Ragnarok, there should be a application called ClassicRO

5. Click on it, then wait until it finishes patching. Then login and make your characters names.
