Change the tough scalelike stem requirement for the arrow crafting test to something that drops from a monster that exist. The only monster that drops them is a one of on a 30 minute respawn.

The monster exists every 30 minutes.

Take the bottom left portal at clock tower high orcs to get to stem worm map.
