That's a bizzaro error, is that coming from Classic RO or non-classic? Is he trying to play Classic but not using the Classic client (or vise versa)?
Does he have any illegal private server clients running at the same time? If so, he must close those clients before starting an official client.

Nuu she said that this is an error she gets when trying to play on renewal. She can get on to classic fine though
