Hi guys.. My English is very poor, but i will try explain what's happening to me.
I Downloaded the "iRO-13.2.2-FullInstall-20110421-1717" from the official site, okay..
But when I open the file to install the Windows says:
"This installation package can not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." (This was translated by google tradutor Portuguese>English, I do not know the name of the error in usa.)
And this is it.

Verify whether or not your copy of the installer is corrupted.

Probably not, because i downloaded a few times from the other sites and stay the same problem.
I researched a little about this error and some fóruns are saying that i need two files, "iro-13.2.2.msi", and another archive like a "iro-13.2.2.mb" for start the download.
I don't no how fix this, i always used archives .msi for install programs, and this is the first time that happening.

Try updating Windows Installer.
