Everytime i try to buy it i get the confirmation message that i wont be charged and it needs to be confirmed which may take up to 24 hours. Well ive waited like 4-5 days and i even made a support ticket on warp portals support site. I got an email back from someone at warp portal saying my account should be able to purchase WP now but, i still cant D:...

I had the same problem.. I just selected the "UltimateCash" option and it let me enter my debit card information. I'm not sure whats the difference, but it went through immediately.

Edit: Sorry, the payment method is called "UltimatePay"
