Using the Set up window in the gravity folder I have tried multiple times to change the window settings for Ragnarok online. The window settings take effect with the regular renewal client, but they do not affect the classic window at all. I have tried a fresh install to remedy the effect but no change occurred. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Run it as admin if you're using Vista/Win 7.
