I notice when Gms talk it shows at top of screen. But how bout something sold to player that can do that for thing such as>>Item sales, Guild Recruiting, Partying, And only limited to such thing so people do not use profanity and troll.

Megaphone = people trying to scam by pretending to be GM, so much spam, can see insults flying across screen. If you really wanted to do it, you could always make a guild with your message and break an emperium. I've seen a few "Happy Birthday ____" guild breaks or the "_____ sucks the big one" as well.

Dude everygame that has megaphones always has ppl just flaming each other, it's the most obnoxious thing about any mmo that has it. You should be temp banned for suggesting it. Seriously wish I could kick your ass for suggesting megaphones.

LOL Kitana.. If they actually do think about putting Mega Phones... It should be 1000 KP each... So you got the option to use it, in terms of "I REALLY NEED TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS" happen... ie "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY 34th RO WIFE ____________ <- insert name here"...

The closest thing we have to that is the Louyang Shout quest. Especially abck when everyone leveled at Mi gaos. I never really saw that being used for trolling or profinatity. Mostly it was party recruitment or selling/Buying stuff.

Shout Tower was used for parties, but for a lot of random crap too. Sometimes people would go up there to "sing" songs. Every now and then to tell a story. I remember being asked to shut up more than once and telling them publicly to shut up. :3 That was a long time ago though.

* Add default/preset selection screen for the following:

Guild Recruiting: Detects Broadcaster's name, which = Contact + Guild Name. (Detects current guild or restricts characters used.)
Party Recruiting: Detects Broadcaster's name, which = Contact + Drop down menu for Level Range.

(Or install item use via NPC selection/dialog.)

* Void selling item from megaphone, because the information would need to more defined.

* Add a item use timer, to prevent spamming & abuse. (15-30 mins? or other?)

* Overhaul auction house for practical use by the community above the zeny vending limit.

How about KP items that have giant emotes/animations that show up on the screen of you and everyone around you for like birthdays and weddings and holidays and I love you's?? I've seen those in a game before and they were fun to use...
Then at the top of every one online screen it would say "XXXXXX" Wishes "YYYYY" A happy birthday!! etc etc
