So as of right now with limited patch range I'm currently leveling my monk to about 72~75 in TF 2 then heading to Bylan/Sphinx/Goblins to farm some stuff til 80 and Turtle Island for 80-99.

Anyone have any better ideas to speed leveling along? Currently combo hybrid that can switch off to spirit if need be.

I'm curious to see if anyone has any better ideas or leveling paths they are taking with current patch implementation.

Why not skip TF and head for Goblins to start? I'm not sure what kind of Monk you are exactly but I can see you're at least planning to level with OI at some point. I don't see why you can't kill Goblins much sooner..or even stay at Goblins for that long. O.O
