Description ERRORS:
All Increase HP/SP Potions say "HP Recovery +1%" or something like that. That implies that they increase hp recovery for the 500 second duration. The actual in game effect is "Restore 1% of HP" (or the equivilent for that size/type of potion)

Enriched White PotionZ
Restore 1000 hp (uneffected by vit).
+20% natural hp recovery for 500 seconds *
Vitata 500:
Restore 200 sp (uneffected by int).
+20% natural sp recovery* and +5% max sp for 500 seconds.
Enriched Celermain Soup:
Increase attack speed - seems to be about half as much as an awake potion - but it stacks with awake pot! 500 seconds.
Curefree
Recover 500 hp (uneffected by vit).
Recover many status effects*
Increase HP Potion
Small:
+1000 max hp (modified by +% max hp effects)
Restores ~1% of max HP (not 3% as stated elsewhere)
Medium:
+2000 max hp
Restores ~2% of max HP
Large:
+3000 max hp
Restores ~1% of max HP (not 3% as stated elsewhere)
Increase SP potion:
Small:
+10% Max SP
Restores 2% of max SP
Medium:
+15% Max SP
Restores 4% of max sp
Large:
+20% Max SP
Restores 8% of max sp
All increase sp/hp potions are 500 sec duration.
When you use more than 1 at once, only the most recently used one counts.
However, Increase SP Potions stack with Vitata500.
