Hi!, well this is what happened, i havent played for like 3 months ago or so, and i wanted to restart playing but then when i tried to log in i wasnt able cuz somthing about my password >< and then i thought "i just have to change it!" but the thing is my acount is a really REALLY old account so i i dont remember the e-mail that i used to make it, i even think ragnarok wasnt part of warp portal >_> plzz help me >< i have lots of event stuff and cash shop items ><

Try sending in a ticket through the support system (Use the guide) and explain the situation and provide as much information as you can about the account. If you still have access to the email address used to register the account, it will help greatly.
