and Which is good arrow for G Crossbow??? Which hat is the best for Ranger??

I can't make a good build suggestion for you without knowing what kind of Ranger you want to build. Do you want to focus on traps? Use the Warg? Go for Arrow Storm?
I don't think there's a set bonus for any specific arrow with the Giant Crossbow, so you should be free to use whatever arrow will give you the elemental advantage in any given situation. The Sniper Goggle you get from the Ranger test is good if you get 120 AGI; otherwise, you might want to use a Rideword Hat for the SP and HP recovery.
