Idk if this is the right place to post this but today i did a gender change on my account that costed me 2000 WPE and when i did this operation nothing changed on my account i wanted to change from male to female, the service said "Your transaction has been completed, thank you" and deducted me my 2000 WPE yet my account remains the same (male characters still X_X) i already sent a support ticket for it but maybe i needed to do something else? thats why i need some help here thanks

No, you have done all you can, just wait until a service rep can straighten it out. Something might have reverted in the database after your VAS was done.
