I have a lvl 86 alchemist and I can't seem to create any white potions with my stats the way they are. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Potion Creation Guide + White Herb + Empty Potion Bottle + Medicine Bowl + Prepare Potion Skill = White Potion

Did you try using Prepare Potion then? And make sure you have them in ur inventory not cart.
