Geneticist Skill : Cart Remodeling 5 - Cart Cannon 5 - Cart Boost 5

Equipment:

Rudolf Hairband
Orleans's Gown [Porcellio]
+12 Giant Axe [1]
Variant Shoes
+9 Immune Heroic Backpack
2x Sprint Ring

Cart Cannon Damage Output 8 to 9k with 2 sec cast time


Questions:

How much Dex/Int do I need to get rid of my cart cannon's casting time. Is Mjolnir the only solution?

Is my Cart Cannon Damage Output decent or does it need tweaks?

What are other source of SP regen besides +9RWH/Incubus Egg. I believe a +9 RWH now cost 200 to 220m......
I can't afford that.

I'm pretty sure instant cast requires a hammer.

There is nothing else that is nearly as good at regenning SP for you as a rideword hat. The nyd mant helps a little, but it doesn't provide enough on it's own (though it's great for supplementing a rideword hat). RWH doesn't need +9 to be effective for regaining SP, especially if you wear a nyd with it.
