i thought (or rather, remembered) that bash and pierce's after delay is affected by agility, yet as i sit at approx 40 agi atm my bash spamming still has a nasty afterdelay
is it just my imagination that it's not getting faster or does agi no longer decrease afterdelay between skills?

AFAIK, bash is affected by ASPD.. I think it is 5-10 slower than your actual aspd. Example, you've got 172 aspd, Your bash aspd would be around 160-165.. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's just how I see it.

Aspd does effect how fast you can spam bash. 40 agi doesn't make a huge difference in attack speed, though.
BB after cast is effected by aspd (but not dex, except insofar as dex adds aspd). Cast time is effected by dex per normal (though the cast bar isn't displayed for BB, it still has a cast time).
