there was a past promotion where buying x packs got you a +10 cert i thought it was a great promotion

not all packs have a promotion similar to this

but what if there was a way to to do this without doing a seperate promotion for EACH pack




New Item: Box Top [account bound/unsellable/unvendorable/weight0]
Acquired: 1 Box Top per Groove Pack, maybe 3 for each Lucky Box
Use: NPC to redeem 10 Box Tops for either a pack that generates a random special item. OR . a small exclusive list of special items only obtainable through box tops

example

+10 certs
random amt pack of Enriched or HD Ore like the 10 or 25 or 50 packs
other goodies only obtainable from this NPC

good way to sell more lucky packs... especially if they stack up over time...
