I thought in one of the past kRo updates they got the WoE 1 God Items to have no weight. Or was that only on kRo RE test server? Also, the items' descriptions on Yggdrasil currently is not updated, example Brisingamen gives Heal Bonus, Sleipnir adds 25+ int and the such, however they do posses such changes when I tested.

I have a vague recollection of some kRO contest winners getting "rental" god items that lasted a week or something? maybe those. The standard ones have never changed (weight that is).
Its thors belt after all, its supposed to be heavy (says so on it i think).
