Is Lighthalzen going to be implemented?
If so when will that be? personally I'm very anxious for homunculi to be available for alchemists.

In the episode order, it's after Trans.

It's more like whenever Heim feels like updating it. He seems to be updating the episodes with balance in mind. Thats my reasoning as to why he skipped over Louyang and instead added Kunlun. Heim KNOWS people will flock to both Einbroch and Louyang and with the level 99 race on right now, he doesnt want mages and archers to have an unfair advantage.

I hope that's true Tetsamaru, if balance is what they are worried about then we should be given homunculi in order to have a decent way to level.

Give the players enough time to collect DBs before implementing homunculi ....
