If I send a character to mora that has not completed the wandering guardian quest and give it a bunch of coins. Can I enchant some mora gear?

I dont think there are any requirements other than that you need the mora coin and the proper class to enchant the mora gears.

Yes, you can. They're transferable between chars on the same account by using storage, and transferable between chars of different accounts via the AB ring exchange, which just requires an AB to get the rings and any character to return them. (I heard there's an exchanger for unwanted AB/WL gears, but you only get two coins per gear, whereas the AB rings are returnable to the NPC that gives them to you for the full ten coins, so if you just need to transfer coins...)

You can but you can't do the quests I think since the NPCs won't talk to you.

No, but im done enchanting on my main. So now I can keep collecting the coins and chant my ranger up lol.
