The times give 30 min for login and prep, so if things go smooth, it will take less time and matches will happen sooner if teams are ready.

I see Valdes teams fighting each other 5 times....Hammerine's 1 time fighting each other. Of course population matters, but consider that fact before that typing that kind of comments...matter of what "better" stands for for everyone, but I still like the care bear server better, since I dont play in Hammerine, cant tell how is it there

when u have 11 teams from Valdes out of 16... u would have a lot more matches between them than between teams from Hammerine ...
